The Friends of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library invite you to attend their Annual Meeting. There will be reports by board members on the work they’ve done in the past year and have planned for the next. The agenda includes the election of officers and various business. This is an excellent opportunity to hear about what the Friends do. Maybe even become one!
Everyone is invited to attend.
If you have any questions, or are interested in attending either in person or online, please send us an email.
If you are interested in joining the board, we currently have vacancies and would love to hear from you.
Thank you for supporting the Friends of the Corvallis-Benton County Public Library and ultimately all the libraries of Corvallis and Benton County!

We are excited to announce the BIG Book Sale for 2023. Traditionally the sale is held the last week in February. However, this year the sale will be April 28-30, 2023.
Why did the Friends make this change of months? Last year, we opted for the larger Solar building at the Benton County Fairgrounds. This new space allowed us to spread our tables out, give more room for customers to browse, and also gave us space for ALL of the books from the warehouse. We no longer had to replenish books throughout the sale from another location at the fairgrounds. Volunteers and patrons alike told us how much nicer the space was! However, this building does not have heat, and without heat it was very cold during our February sale last year. Thus the decision was made to move to a warmer time of year.
We thank the library community for the huge success of our 2022 Fall Festival and Holiday Sales. Both sales had record profits and we look forward to another successful BIG Book Sale!
